2023-2024 Youth Wrestling Registration is open!

Session 1- (Pre-K-1st) 6:00 – 7:15 pm. Practice begins Monday, December 11th — Practices are every Monday and Wednesday that school is in session from December 11th - Feb. 12th. Rate - $80.00* (Family max $175.00) * Includes entry fee cost for the Bemidji Youth Wrestling tournament & the Blackduck wrestling tournament.

Session 2 - (2nd -6th) 6:00 -7:35 pm. Practice begins Tuesday, December 12th —Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday that school is in session from December 12th - April 8th. Rate - $100.00* (Family max $175.00) * Includes entry fee cost for the Bemidji Youth Wrestling tournament & the Blackduck wrestling tournament.)

No practice February 12th & 15th.

Session I & Session II location: Boys and Girls Club except on Tuesday, January 23rd, in which practice will be held at the BHS wrestling room.

March 4th- 7th, 11th-14th, 18th-21st, 25th-28th & April 1st-3rd: All grades M-W NYWA practice 6-7:30 @ High School room

Girls’ session: (K- 6th) 6:30 – 7:15 on Mondays & 5:30 – 6:30 on Wednesdays. Practices are every Monday & Wednesday that school is in session from December 4th- February 12th. Rate $30 if only doing the girls Monday/Wednesday night session. Includes entry fee cost for December 15th all girl’s tournament at Bemidji.  December: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20 & January: 3, 8, 10, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31 & February: 5, 7, 12 (pizza party 12th)

***No practice for any session if school is cancelled, let out early or after school activities are cancelled due to weather. ***

Also included free admittance into home varsity wrestling matches as long as wrestler is wearing their Bemidji Youth Wrestling t-shirt.  This does not include the Rick Lee, which is held at the Sanford Center. Adults and non-wrestlers must pay regular admission fees.

Our mission is to promote interest in the sport of wrestling among parents and youth of Bemidji Wrestling.  To supervise, sponsor and financially assist a disciplined and competitive program of wrestling.  To provide each athlete who chooses to participate the opportunity to improve their wrestling skills, as well as foster the elements of competition, dedication, sportsmanship and teamwork.
